Our restaurant is open to hotel guests, casino visitors and the public. The menu changes seasonally but the standard never does. We serve modern Australian food with a nod to European comfort.
The bar is just as serious. Cocktails are built to order, the wine list is curated and the late-night snacks are the reason people stay past 2am.
