These terms keep the venue fair, safe and enjoyable for everyone. By entering, booking or playing, you agree to them.
Fair play
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrupts the house or other guests.
Using the venue.
Golden Royal Hours Casino is a licensed, 24/7 physical venue at 8 Vulture St, West End QLD 4101. All guests must be 18 or older to enter gaming areas. Valid photo ID is required on request.
Bookings are confirmed only when a deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit. We will always try to reschedule before we charge.
Entry conditions
- Guests must be 18+ in gaming and bar areas.
- Appropriate dress is required after 7pm.
- Management reserves all admission and exclusion rights.
- Bags may be inspected on entry for security.
What we are responsible for.
We take every reasonable step to keep guests, staff and property safe. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by a guest's own conduct, pre-existing medical conditions or failure to follow venue rules.
- Personal belongings remain the guest's responsibility.
- Intoxicated or disruptive guests may be removed.
- We are not liable for third-party contractors.
Play by the rules.
All gaming is conducted in person at our licensed venue. We follow Queensland gaming regulations and provide professional dealers for all table games. The house rules are displayed at each table and apply to every player.
Age & ID
18+ only. ID required for entry to gaming areas.
No external devices
Phones and recording devices are not permitted at tables.
Responsible play
We support responsible gaming and offer self-exclusion on request.
Dealer's word
The dealer and pit manager have final say at each table.

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We keep records only as long as required by law or as needed to deliver our services.
